Haruko – aka Susanne Stanglow – schreibt und singt Lieder die sich zwischen Weird-Folk, Indie Pop und LoFi- bzw Experimentalmusik bewegen. Ihr mittlerweile ausverkauftes Debüt-Album erschien 2009 auf dem amerikanischen Psychadelic-Folk-Label „Bracken“. In ihren Liedern erzählt sie kleine Geschichten, Märchen und Fabeln, die den Zuhörer an einen Ort mitnehmen, wo Drachen vor Liebeskummer weinen, Katzen auf Dächern tanzen und Menschen sich in Vögel verwandeln. Traumartige Fantasien mischen sich mit Gefühlen wie Trauer und Sehnsucht.
Auf ihren Konzerten in den vergangenen 2 Jahren trat sie u.a. als Support für Tunng, Emily Jane White, Moddi und Richmond Fontaine auf.

Now sold out their debut album released in 2009 on the American psychadelic-folk label „Bracken“ In their songs they told little stories, fairy tales and fables that carry the listener to a place where dragons weep with heartache, cats dancing on rooftops and transform people into birds. Dream-like fantasies are mixed with feelings of sadness and longing.
At their concerts in the past two years she performed as a support for Tunng, Emily Jane White, and Moddi Richmond Fontaine.
